2. What data we process and why
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with legal effects on you.

3. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors, under the contracts required by the GDPR:
- Web hosting and email provider (Hostinger), where the site is hosted and form messages are received.
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics), only if you enable the analytics cookie category.
- Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity), only if you enable the behavior cookie category.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), only if you choose to contact us through that channel; it is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
4. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the safeguards provided by the GDPR apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the provider's adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the limitation periods of possible liabilities. Analytics data is kept for the period configured in the service. After these periods, data is deleted or blocked as required by law.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@5skill.com stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your rights have not been met, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Accuracy, minors and security
The data you provide must be accurate and up to date. The site is not directed at children under 14. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
